Adult Swim Fit
We are dedicated to TEACHING the Art of Swimming and PERFECTING the Game of Racing!!
This group is for “Seasoned Athletes” ages 19 and older. Our Adult Swim Fit Group (ASF) is a choose your own adventure swimming group. Some are former collegiate athletes looking to get into shape, others are competitive triathletes or endurance athletes, and some are swimming for health.
Everyone In this group swims because it's FUN!
All participants MUST register with Quest to practice with the Adult Swim Fit Group.
For only $60 per month, you get access to all 3 of our Adult Swim Fit practice offerings throughout the week (See Below)
ASF Practice Schedule
All Practices are at Deer Run - 6800 Deer Run Road
- Monday: 8:15 am - 9:45 am, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
- Tuesday: 4:45 am - 5:45 am, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:15 am - 9:45 am, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
- Thursday: 4:45 am - 5:45 am, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
- Friday: 8:15 am - 9:45 am, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
- Saturday: 6:45 am - 7:45 am
