  • Am I allowed to be on the pool deck with my child?

Parents of only our 2-4 age group are allowed to escort their swimmer to class if necessary.

    - Otherwise, we invite parents to watch their children from our waiting room.

  • Safety concerns

There will always be a lifeguard on deck watching the pool and available for first aid.

Running on the pool deck and in the waiting room is not allowed.

  • What if my child is sick?

We’re sorry to hear your swimmer is not feeling well! Please keep them home so they don’t get our instructors or other swimmers sick. They learn best when their body is strong.

Please call (804) 731-4522 or email coachchad@questswimming.com to receive a token for your missed sick lesson.
